Dear John Glenn Student-Athletes and Parents:

Online registration for athletics for each school year will be available starting in June. All student-athletes and their parents must complete the athletic registration electronically. No paper applications will be accepted.  Our online registration will make it more convenient for both students and parents as you will be able to register for athletics wherever you have access to a computer. The parent and student should complete the online registration form together, as there are sections for each of you to read and acknowledge. All required information will need to be filled out in order to submit the form. Required information is indicated by an asterisk *.

For those who do not have a home computer, you can register online in the office at John Glenn High School. All of the information previously submitted on the student athlete form, emergency card, and concussion form will now be collected through our online registration process.

REGISTRATION CHECK LIST

1. Fill Out Online Registration Information

2. Have Sports Physical Performed After April 15 of the previous year.

3. Turn in Physical Form to the Main Office Prior to the 1st Day of Practice (must be signed & dated by a doctor)

*Student-athletes will NOT be permitted to begin official practice nor tryout until they have completed the online registration AND submitted their physical form to the athletic office.

The information requested in our electronic registration will need to be entered by the student AND the parent. Forged applications will result in disciplinary action.  All required information will need to be filled out in order to submit the form.
